Frill Bowl 14 cm Azul Macaubas

The base of the bowl is made of a natural Brazilian Azul Macaubas quartzite.
The upper element is also made of azul. Our bowl can be used to store and display
jewelry, trinkets and serve snacks.

Each BRANIK is different due to the uniqueness of the natural stone.

The bowl has been impregnated and you can serve food in it. Pay attention to the gap
at the junction of two stones and the natural gaps in the travertine. Our bowl is not
airtight, so we do not recommend placing liquids or, for example, wet fruit in it.

Good usage practices:

– do not wash in the dishwasher, wipe with a slightly damp cloth without detergents, and wipe wet stains immediately

– we recommend impregnating Braniki with a stone impregnation once a month

– products containing acids (such as citrus fruits, alcohol, coffee, tomato sauce or carbonated drinks) may permanently stain Branik

Azul Macaubas is a blue quartzite with cream, grayish and maroon fragments.
In addition to quartz, Azul Macaubas contains approximately 15% dumortierite
(a blue mineral from the silicate group) and therefore in scientific terms Azul Macaubas
is defined as dumortieritic quartzite. It also contains kyanite, a dark blue mineral
belonging to the group of aluminosilicates. It is to this very unique combination of mineralsthat Azul Macaubas owes its blue color. Azul macaubas stone is mined only in one place in the
world - in Brazil. Its deposits are located in sunny mountainous regions near the city of
Macaubas.



One of the most important features of Azul Macaubas quartzite is its high hardness and
resistance to stains and scratches.

Azul Macaubas is called a stone of peace and solace. Some believe that thanks to its
unique combination of minerals, it promotes meditation and relaxation. It is supposed
to bring peace, support spiritual development and improve concentration.
